We confirm scope & deposit

You get a written confirmation of exactly what's being built, the flat price, and the delivery date. 50% deposit starts the clock.

The build

We build the whole site and send you a private preview link. You reply with changes by email — no meetings required.

STEP 4

Launch

Final 50% on approval, and the site goes live on your domain. You own it outright from day one.

FAQ

Do I really never have to get on a call?
Correct. The entire process runs through the work order form and email. If you prefer a phone call, check the box on the form and you'll get one — but it's there for your convenience, never required.
What do you need from me to start?
The work order, your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and the basics about your business. Don't have photos or finished text? That's normal — cleanup and copywriting help are part of the build.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. Rebuilds are one of the most common orders. Note it on the form with your current address and what you don't like about it.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do — domain, files, content, everything. If you're on the Care Plan and ever want to leave, you get a complete copy of your site. No hostage situations.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% when you approve the finished site, by card or bank transfer through a secure payment link. The Care Plan, if you want it, bills monthly and cancels anytime.
What if I need changes after launch?
Care Plan members email changes in and they get done. Not on the plan? Small changes are quoted flat, usually same-week.
